March meeting is coming up and the theme is
" Old Stuff".
Join us Thursday the 4th at 6:30 p.m.
Send your images to me by Wednesday night or you may bring them to the meeting. Please bring only 2 images. Theme related or your best images from the past month
Remember to size your files to no larger than 1024x768 at 100ppi and they should have your name in the beginning example of your files could be Example (Jim_Swallow_shopping_carts_1_0409.jpg)
It helps tremendously by having all your images together at the end of the year by you using the same method each and every month. Thanks

Please send us your favorite image and web site link so I may update the members page. I am working on updating the site and need to get the members page worked on. You will need your membership dues paid for the year in order to be included on the page. Please send one photo set to no larger than 1024x768 at 100ppi. Send a link to your web site so I can link back to your site

Photography Club Day is Coming
March 27th
ay area camera clubs are getting together on Saturday March 27th
for a day of fun, education and photography. All the bay area clubs will be there.
We will have mini workshops, photo scavenger hunt,100 photos in 90 minutes and much more.
If you are not part of a camera club in your area this is the place to meet someone from each club so that you can decide which club is best for you.

Saint Petersburg Museum of History
"Images of the Past Meet the Photography of the Future"
Opening Reception on March 5th from 7:00-9:00pm, the Museum and the North Pinellas Photography Forum will co-host an opening reception for a wonderful photography exhibit "Images of the Past Meet the Photography of the Future." This exhibit will showcase the work of 17 Pinellas County photographers through recreations of historical photographs from the Museum archive. The photographers used a new type of digital photography called high dynamic range (HDR) that produces amazing pictures – come see! $5.00 Suggested donation.
